Founded in 2018 and reformed in 2023, our team, led by Jason Messina, a seasoned attorney with about 10 years of experience, focuses on ensuring every individual receives the justice they deserve.
Barred in Connecticut and Massachusetts, he’s committed to ensuring that every client gets their day in court and that the state has to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt. With a focus on personal attention and a passion for protecting our clients’ rights, we take on each case with determination and dedication.
Attorney Messina began his law career with a small but reputable law firm in Hartford, Connecticut, where his practice focused on personal injury, criminal defense, and landlord/tenant law. With this office, Attorney Messina represented hundreds of clients in the various criminal courts throughout the State of Connecticut and several in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has worked all aspects of civil litigation cases from intake through jury verdict.
Following this practice, Attorney Messina practiced with a firm in Milford, Connecticut, that specializes in complex probate litigation matters. During this practice, Attorney Messina assisted in the litigation of complex estate matters as well as represented criminal defendants and personal injury victims.
In his free time, Attorney Messina enjoys skiing, scuba diving, boating, and spending time with his family, especially his son Jacob, who was born at the end of 2017.
